Pregnancy is such an amazing journey, but let’s be real – it can also be pretty overwhelming at times. 


It’s a whole new chapter, and with that comes a lot of questions, doubts, and maybe even a few fears.


That’s where I come in!


As your personal Pregnancy PA, I’m here to support you every step of the way – from bump to birth and beyond.

Plus, I’ll support you through postpartum recovery, addressing any complications like diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain,

 and birth scars, so you can heal and get back to feeling like yourself again.

Postnatal Rehab


Recovery is just as important as preparation.

Learn gentle, restorative exercises to repair, rebuild & restore your strength, whilst optimising your pelvic health and addressing any postpartnum concerns such as diastasis recti ( ab separation), leakage or C section complications ( overhang, mum pooch, healing concerns) 


C Section Scar Management 


Learn how to properly care for your C-section scar to promote healing, reduce discomfort, and address common issues like overhang, pain, tightness, and pulling. Using certain techniques will help improve scar mobility, minimize scarring,  prevent adhesions, and improve the appearance of your scar.

About Me


Hey, I’m Laura, the founder of Pregnancy PA!


I’m a Specialist Physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, but my journey into Women’s Health and Pregnancy care began on a deeply personal level.


Before starting my family, I worked in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy, helping fitness enthusiasts and athletes return to the activities they love.


But everything changed when I got pregnant with my first child.

 Like many new mums, I wanted a healthy, happy pregnancy, but I also had so many questions:


  • How could I best prepare my body for childbirth?
     
  • How could I stay active while pregnant?
     
  • How could I manage weight gain without compromising my baby’s health?
     
  • And what could I do to recover properly postpartum?
     

The more I researched, the more I became captivated by Women’s Health.


I returned to studying, diving deeper into pelvic health, scar therapy and pre & post natal fitness.


What started as a personal journey to take better care of myself grew into a professional passion—one that’s not only about looking after my own health but about helping other women feel strong, empowered, and in control throughout their motherhood journey.


And that’s how Pregnancy PA was born.
