My programme incorporates specific pelvic floor exercises to enhance muscle control and support. This helps in preventing discomfort and symptoms, such as leakage/ incontinence, both during pregnancy and postpartnum.
I also teach you how to relax your pelvic floor muscles towards the end of your pregnancy, which helps in preparing your body prepare for labour and childbirth.
With my expertise in nutrition, I’ll guide you in receiving essential nutrients through balanced meals and healthy snacks that boost your energy and combat common pregnancy challenges like fatigue and cravings. Your nutritional plan will also support your baby's development.
We’ll specifically address your pregnancy cravings and food aversions, ensuring your plan not only supports your health but also satisfies your taste buds.
Each trimester, certain restrictions are advised to keep both you and your baby safe.
However, this doesn't mean you shouldn't stop training, it means we simply adapt your programme.
