Doing specific pelvic floor exercises will help improve your strength and function, which can really make a difference if you're dealing with things like incontinence or pelvic discomfort.
We can also address other concerns, like diastasis recti (ab separation), and make sure your core rehab is focused on closing the gap, not making it worse.
Your nutrition plan will be customized just for you, with a focus on supporting your postpartum recovery.
