By starting with a thorough assessment, I will gain a good insight in understanding your individual recovery needs no matter where you are in your postpartnum journey, pelvic floor health, core strength, your personal goals and any specific concerns that you may have.
By completing targeted pelvic floor exercises, your function and strength will be improved which will assist any any issues such as incontinence or pelvic discomfort.
Furthermore, we can treat any other concerns such as diastasis recti ( ab separation) and ensure your core rehab is tailored to reduce the gap, not worsen it.
Your nutrition program will be tailored to you and designed to support your postpartum recovery.
By focusing on foods that promote healing, energy, and overall well-being, ensuring you have the nutrients you need as mother.
Your programme will be home or gym-based, designed to fit your busy life as a mum and accommodate your exercise preferences.
This program will include safe and effective exercises that enhance your recovery yet also rebuild your body after pregnancy.
You will have access to your own app, with detailed exercise instructions, videos and demonstrations.
Stay on track and remain accountable with weekly one-on-one check-ins.
Our weekly check-ins allow us to assess your progress, address any concerns, and modify your pelvic floor plan, training and nutrition plans to support your healing.
Our program emphasizes goal-setting and progress tracking, ensuring you remain focused and inspired as you navigate your postpartnum journey.
